He helped to arrange the best possible rates for us with our preffered lender so that we could take advantage of an offer they had running and without him I dont think that would have happened.

Jack was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and provided recommendations where we were unsure. Very quickly Jack identified where we were over insured in some areas, and under insured in others, and suggested tweaks as our stage of life has changed since we first took out insurance, so I feel really good about the outcome. Jack is really personable, so makes the process as clear and painless as possible. He even identified an opportunity to claim that my previous advisor had missed.
